By participating and attending event, entrant agrees to policies of golf course, to waive liability and hold harmless the golf course, the NFGA, volunteers,  staff, and  all participating and affiliated parties involved with this event.  Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.  Minors agree not to consume alcohol or anything age inappropriate by law if present or provided at the event.  Purchases are non refundable except due to weather.  In the event of a rain out , "act of god", entry ticket price will be refunded and notice will be given my email and/or website day of the event. Proper attire, respect, and demeanor is required .  "Proper attire" means NO CLEATS (turf, indoor, or sneakers only), pants, shorts, or skirt, and t-shirt, polo, jersey (no cutoffs, tank tops or generally offensive  messages). No refund will be given  for violations resulting in non-participation.  All participants, players, advertisers, sponsors, and affiliated on-site representatives consent to photo and video likeness at and around NFGA events to be used for marketing purposes by the NFGA in perpetuity.   See FAQ page for rules, details, etc. www.theNFGA.com.
